WHAT:
Association "PRAVNIK" together with the partner organization Konrad Adenauer Stiftung-Rule of Law Program South East Europe will be offering International Summer School Sarajevo 2011 course on Human Rights and Transitional Justice from 18 – 31 July 2011

WHERE:
Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Accommodation is offered at the Franciscan Students' Hostel in double bedded rooms. The Hostel is at 15 minute walking distance from the city centre in safe and peaceful surroundings.

Target group

ELIGIBILITY:
The program encourages applications from graduate and PhD students of law and related disciplines (under the age of 35); including a limited number of undergraduate students from South East Europe, Europe and the US.

DISCOVER.
ISSS 2011 participants join the growing network of ALUMNI. ISSS ALUMNI are future decision makers, young leaders and professionals in academia, NGOs and government trying to make a change worldwide.

STUDY.
ISSS 2011 is designed to host motivated participants who have a strong background and interest in DISCOVERING, STUDYING AND EXPERIENCING the intriguing issues of Transitional Justice, Rule of Law and Human Rights.

EXPERIENCE.
Sarajevo was for centuries a crossroad for different cultures and pilgrims. This variety has been preserved to this date, and Sarajevo allows each visitor to get a feeling of what it was like centuries ago. ISSS participants EXPERIENCE Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina in a academically challenging environment representing more than 15 countries.
