Inclusive Mobility

Applications are now open for the Inclusive Mobility Summer School 2024. Join EIT Urban Mobility master's students in exploring the captivating medieval cities of Ghent and Rennes, guided by experts from Ghent University and University of Rennes. From 23 June to 6 July, dive into two weeks of top-notch instruction from leading academics and practitioners. The program includes lectures, seminars, and group work as well as social activities including guided tours, excursions, gatherings on selected evenings, and a final dinner with celebratory drinks each week. As a special bonus, enjoy a weekend activity exploring Saint Malo and Mont Saint-Michel en route to Rennes from Ghent. All lecture and classroom materials are provided and upon successful completion of all activities you'll receive a signed certificate of achievement and 3 ECTS credits (that your university might recognize towards your degree, subject to local regulations). Apply by 15 March 2024 to benefit from the early bird participant fee of €2500. The participant fee includes the accommodation and meal package, which means that external participants will receive accommodation for all nights, all breakfasts and lunches during weekdays, some dinners on selected evenings, the bus trip from Belgium to France, and participation in the social activities during the event (including the bike tour in Ghent, boat tour in Rennes, the weekend in St Malo and Mont Saint-Michel, and more!) included the fees. After 15 March 2024, the fee increases to €3200. There are limited positions for external candidates, so seize this opportunity to collaboratively design innovative solutions for inclusive, environmentally sustainable, equitable, and affordable mobility systems.
