This 4-week summer school will take place in Loughborough (2 weeks) and London (2 weeks)
This is the second of 2 modules in the 'Entrepreneurship and Innovation' Pathway. Students can take 1 or 2 modules.

Topics covered in this module include:
• The importance of innovation for economies
• The innovation process and models of innovation
• Innovation and entrepreneurial behaviour
• Risk assessment in innovation management
• Success factors in innovation
• Mismanagement and failure

Target group

Open to all international undergraduate and postgraduate students, this programme will be particularly attractive to students with an interest in management and entrepreneurship.

Course aim

The aim of the module is to provide an understanding of the importance of innovation in an economy and its relationship with entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial behaviour. The module also discusses how innovation management can contribute to the success or failure of businesses
