About

This summer course will provide you with a systematic and comprehensive overview of the most common diseases and treatments within internal medicine.

The invited speakers share insights into the latest research and possible future developments. The focus will be on participation and dialogue, including different innovative educational methods intended to optimize your learning outcome.

The objective of the course is to provide you with a thorough understanding of both acute and non-acute conditions and thus make you more prepared for life as a junior doctor.

The following topics are taught on the course:
Nephrology, endocrinology, gastrointestinal diseases, oncology, hematology, cardiology, infectious and pulmonary medicine.

5000 DKK, EU/EEA citizens You are enrolled at a Danish university and the course is part of your master's programme. Danish students must provide a pre-approval of credit transfer from their home institution upon application. You are a student at UCPH enrolled in one of the following programmes, you do not need to apply for pre-approval of credit transfer: - MSc in Medicine (5th semester perspective: Research/Specialist) You are an exchange student and attend the course as part of the autumn exchange semester (min. 3 months stay). You are an exchange student nominated through Nordplus express or Nordlys.
