In a globalized world, companies operate in dynamic and rapidly changing environments that require fast and creative responses. Our course gives you all the tools you need to stand out in the increasingly competitive global marketplace.

Designed to train young entrepreneurs, our International Business summer courses will provide you with the fundamental skills for a successful career, as they will help you to develop leadership, creativity, team management, negotiation competence, innovative thinking, market research strategies, and so on! The different modules will be taught by Doctors and Professors specialized in Management, Entrepreneurship and Marketing at the University of Almeria, and you will get to visit several companies in the region.

You can choose between our one, two, three or four week courses, depending on the topics you want to deepen your knowledge: management, entrepreneurship or marketing.

Course aim

The general objective is to analyze the role of the entrepreneur and innovation in business and develop the basic notions and skills needed to launch a new business project.

Upon successful completion of this course, students shall:

• Have increased knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and the process of new venture creation and product/service development.

• Have the knowledge, skills and abilities required to develop a business idea and assess its viability and feasibility.

• Learn how to present a business idea

• Understanding and developing competences for the creation of new company in an international context.
