According to the Common European Framework of Reference for foreign languages, the course is
divided into three different levels:
1. A1 level , Breakthrough ; A2 level, Waystage
2. B1 level, Threshold
3. B2 level, Vantage
There will be no more than 25 students per class. The lectures, seminars and guided tours will take place from Monday to Friday (about 20 hours per week).
All the proposed activities will allow the participants:
- To improve and reinforce their written and oral linguistic abilities
- To reach a good level in communication skills
- To address issues related to history, geography, and Italian culture.

Target group

The course is addressed to students enrolled in the foreign Universities, with which ESU of Verona has already had a long lasting reciprocal student Exchange history, and also to external users as long as adult of age.

Course aim

ESU of Verona - Regional Company for the Right to University Study, in collaboration with the University of Verona and the Veneto Region organizes an intensive course of Italian language and culture for foreign students. The course lasts 4 weeks (80 hours), from the 30th of July to the 27th of August 2014 and, in addition to language and grammar lessons, it includes seminars and workshops, as well as guided tours, trips, and excursions to places of tourist and cultural interest.
