This international summer school offers a unique opportunity for understanding challenges of democracy in today’s world. Through lectures and workshops led by distinguished experts in law, political science, and sociology, participants will engage in an enriching academic experience in a dynamic and interactive environment.
The ZagLaw Summer School is designed to attract both local and international students, offering a high-quality academic programme alongside the vibrant urban and cultural attractions of Zagreb. Each year, the school focuses on a topic of global and European significance.
In addition to the educational content, students will enjoy a carefully selected cultural and social programme. For more information, please refer to the BROCHURE or contact the International Mobility Office via email at summerschool@pravo.hr.
This summer school is ideal for students eager to expand their knowledge and develop critical perspectives on contemporary democratic challenges and the evolving role of law in addressing them. To enrol in the Summer School, students are expected to have completed at least 60 ECTS (i.e. one full year of studies) in law, political science, sociology, economics, or related disciplines prior to the start of the Summer School programme.
The aim of the 2nd ZagLaw Summer School is to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing democracy in the 21st century. Through an interdisciplinary approach, the course seeks to:
