Planning, executing and controlling projects can be quite a challenge. As practically everything in life is a project, let’s learn how to plan it together! And while doing so, we will apply our skills and new knowledge in a real life project: Let’s try planning, executing and controlling a surprise party for a friend!

Course aim

In this workshop, students will learn what project management is all about and how this fits in our lives.

By the end of this workshop, students will be able to understand the elements that constitute a project and how “practically anything” in life is a “project” and requires planning, monitoring and controlling.
