Manufacturing-oriented Data Science School

The Manufacturing oriented Data Science (MoDS) school is dedicated to people interested in deepening their knowledge of the latest forecasting, optimization and automation methods, as well as the visualization and analysis of data on problems in the area of ​​production and logistics processes. They will be both technical and management students, that is, who want to learn a modern theoretical approach illustrated by practical examples.

The school is run by a qualified team of specialists. Employees are associated not only with the university, but also with industry. This allows the transfer of theoretical and practical knowledge.

Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering at the AGH University of Science and Technology Stanisława Staszica in Krakow is one of the largest faculties at Polish universities. In the comprehensive evaluation of the scientific and research and development activities of scientific units of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Faculty obtained the SCIENTIFIC CATEGORY A. It also received the KAUT accreditation. The quality certificate confirms the high level of education, but also compliance with the standards and principles adopted in Europe. At the Faculty, the strongest representation is that of exact sciences, related in some areas with natural sciences. The strong relationship of exact and basic sciences with practical applications allows for innovation in the field of technical and natural sciences and is very strongly emphasized in all areas of technical sciences at the Faculty.
