The programme of the summer school is as follows:

Monday: Exposome and early nutritional programming of the epigenome
Tuesday: Genetics versus epigenetics
Wednesday: Nutrigenomics supports health and wellbeing: how to do prevention?
Thursday: Food/environment and microbiota: the choices for wellness
Friday: Nutri-epigenomics for healthy aging: evidence from longitudinal studies

Course aim

The 4th European Summer School on Nutrigenomics will focus on the latest insights on the role of the exposome in programming health and wellbeing through healthy food. The school will also highlight the interplay between genetics and epigenetics and the strategies to prevent the development of complex diseases through nutrigenomics and nutri-epigenetics.
