The 2nd European Summer School on Nutrigenomics intends to respond to the following question:
How does diet shape microbiota to promote health?
To reach this goal, researchers with expertise on microbioma, transcriptomics, metabolomics,
proteomics and epigenetics will discuss topics related to the nutritional approaches for the
prevention of metabolic, bowel and neurodegenerative diseases.

How nutrition/diet promotes human health:interplay between nutrigenomics and microbiota.
The school is one week of lessons, in the first two days lessons on general nutrition and gut microbiota will be afforded followed by three specific days on gastrointestinal, metabolic and central nervous system diseases linked with dysbiosis.
It is a great opportunity to meet the best international researchers on Nutrigenomics that will explain the subjects in easily way and daily they will participate on round table where students/researchers can interact with them.
