About

Once you have determined your test approach and estimated the required resources, you can organize your tests and your team. How to organize these depends among other things, on the testing tasks, roles, development model, required level of independence and availability and knowledge levels of your testers.

In this session you will learn about the different roles in a testing process, be it old skool or rather Agile. You will discover different ways to organize your testing team and how to manage your testing process.
