Personal Leadership in Times of Disruption

About

The workplace faces radical changes under the influence of robotics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. From managers and employees, this requires flexibility, adaptability and skills that match personal core values, in other words: personal leadership.

This Summer Course is a two week 4 ECTS program focused on adding a personal dimension to the participants’ knowledge acquired in their 3rd year bachelor curriculum. This Summer Course aims to go beyond mere textbook knowledge. The focus lies more on recent insights, in-depth understanding and practical application.

Origin of disruptive technologies

Artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics on the work floor
Alignment between man and machine
Lifelong learning or universal basic income
Leading in times of disruption

Depending on the number of participants, the sequence of topics can vary.
