About

The course will enable participants to understand the concepts and principles of project management, such as project lifecycle stages, project team development and the role of a project manager, importance of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment in project development, as well as introduction to agile and scrum methods in contemporary project management. Participants will obtain theoretical background and skills to effectively put project management principles into practice through the analysis of contemporary organizational or business challenges. Practical application of project management principles is designed through dedicated case study based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies, demanding a team work

Target group

Pre-requisites:
ο‚§ Basic understanding of contemporary business environment.
ο‚§ Basic experience with computer office software/applications.
ο‚§ Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) technology.

For non-native English speakers: a B2 level (CEFR) or equivalent is required. Official test scores (e.g., TOEFL iBT 83, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 790) are not mandatory; a certificate or written confirmation from a language professor at your home university is sufficient
