The Innovative Leadership Summer School track cultivates the skills necessary for acquiring this success by putting together a course focused on team processes and a course focused on people.

Course content:
Ambidextrous Thinking: Deciding and Innovating
Organisations today are required to be ambidextrous: to excel in exploiting their current business model and to constantly explore new opportunities. This course teaches leaders to structure and align the thinking processes in their teams, from decision-making and problem solving to innovation. Class time largely consists of practical, hands-on group activities, making good use of digital tools and sticky notes, but mainly of our brains.

Leading High-Performing Teams
Topics covered in this course include team dynamics, leadership styles, performance management, and conflict resolution. You will learn how to build, motivate, and lead teams to achieve exceptional performance. The course includes practical insights and techniques for creating a collaborative and productive team environment and answers questions such as “What are the factors that build and sustain team effectiveness?” and “How to manage culture instead of being managed by it?”
