Rethinking Digital Platform Regulation: Challenges and Future Perspectives

About

In the ever-evolving digital landscape, the regulation of digital platforms has emerged as a critical and intricate challenge that demands a multifaceted solution. As these platforms continue to shape the way we communicate, conduct business, and access information, a comprehensive understanding of their regulatory framework becomes paramount. In this context, the Summer School aims to provide a comprehensive and interdisciplinary examination of the legal implications associated with digital platforms. To this end, the lectures will be delivered not only by Law Professors but also by distinguished scholars from various scientific disciplines and researchers from the CNR (National Research Council).

The Summer School delves into emerging trends to anticipate future regulatory paradigms in this dynamic environment.

It is organized in the context of the European Master in Law, Data and Artificial Intelligence (EMILDAI), an international program offered by four partner universities (Dublin City University, Avignon Université, Universidad de León, and Università di Pisa), and it is funded by the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master program of the European Union.

Tuition fees are waived for students enrolled in the European Master in Law, Data and Artificial Intelligence (EMILDAI).
