Service Design South | Summer 2017

About

Service Design South is a 6 days immersive learning experience on the theory and practice of service design.
It is a combination of theory (design thinking, user centered design, service design and business), hands on exercises, peer learning and personal coaching.

The course is very practical, with many case studies and briefs from real local clients: the students will work ingroups to improve existing real services, in the beautiful and challenging sicilian context.

Course aim

The participants will understand service design tools and techniques, and learn how to use that once back home in their job. They will develop a user centered design oriented mindset, learn about service design components, design project models and their relation with marketing and business models.
