Objective
This summer course provides legal practitioners with a thorough introduction to EU public procurement law and an in-depth understanding of its core principles, concepts, and practical applications. Participants will explore key aspects of procurement policy, regulatory frameworks, award procedures, and special regimes, while examining cross-border and sustainability considerations, enforcement measures, and the interplay with competition and State aid rules.

Through expert-led sessions, interactive workshops, case studies, and a hands-on simulation of the procurement process, as well as an on-site visit to the CJEU, attendees will gain the skills to navigate complex procurement procedures, assess legal and strategic challenges, and apply remedies effectively, while benefiting from networking opportunities and a rich social programme in Trier.
