About

The MC2 Lab and the Faculty of English of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland are happy to announce the 3rd International Summer School on Cognitive Translation and Interpreting Studies to be held at the premises of the university between 7 – 18 July 2025, with six one week courses on Cognitive Translation & Interpreting Studies, Psycholinguistics & Translation Psychology, Translation Technology & Ethics, Research Methods, Statistics, and Academic Communication & Publishing, facilitated by Agnieska Chmiel, Christopher Mellinger, Joos Moorkens, Ricardo Muñoz, Ana Rojo and Bogusława Whyatt, as instructors, and Olha Lehka-Paul, Antonio Morata, and Olga Witczak, as tutors.

Finishing MA students, PhD beginners and early-stage researchers (yet all applicants are welcome)

Course aim

The school is a non profit initiative to foster CTIS and to ease taking the first steps into our scientific community.
International networking and out-of-class discussions may become as important as course contents.
