The PhD school organization reserves the right for waived registrations to offer only coffee breaks (lunches, social events, and social dinner are excluded).. Please note that the received applications will be processed on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) policy, and the eligible applicants (eligibility will be confirmed via email after application) will be admitted right away once they pay the registration fee and finish the online registration process. The accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.
