The Digital Transformation of the Classroom

About

The digital transformation of schools has been taking place for a long time and continues to do so. In this course, participants will explore the conditions and consequences of the digital transformation of schools in terms of its genesis and current manifestation. Participants will look at different aspects of school and teaching, such as the role of the edtech industry, historical and ethical perspectives on children as users, algorithmic decision-making in the school context, and current forms of the dissolution of boundaries in teaching and learning, for example in the field of educational making.
