A 5-Day Professional Training in Working with Hidden Dynamics

This summer school teaches you how to work with systemic coaching and constellation work. These are powerful methods that reveal invisible patterns in families, teams, and organizations. Last year’s edition of this programme was rated by the participants with an average of 9.4 out of 10.

This intensive course prepares you to facilitate constellation work in both private and organizational settings. You will learn how to guide others in understanding visible structures (the "above-ground stream") and invisible dynamics (the "underground stream"), while developing your unique style as a systemic coach and trainer.

Our Approach

Don’t expect long powerpoint presentations! Working in small groups, you will practise as both facilitator and participant. This experiential approach ensures you understand systemic work from the inside out, whether you plan to use it professionally or apply the insights in your personal and professional life. Please be aware that constellation work can be emotionally intense.
