The WFI Summer School also offers company visits to two multinational firms located near Ingolstadt. The participants will have the opportunity to discover companies such as Audi, Ledvance, Bauer, HiPP, etc.
The participants will also attend manager and research talks related to business with experienced professionals and lecturers.

The WFI Summer School is specifically designed for Master’s students (or advanced Bachelor's students) in the field of business administration and economics. The participants should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics with above-average grades. The applicants should also be proficient in English as all courses are taught in English.
The two-week program features 7 courses by renowned researchers in economics and business administration. Summer School students can choose up to 4 courses. Each course is equivalent to 2.5 ECTS. All courses are taught in English. The various courses we offer illuminate the Summer School’s topic, “Firms in society,” from a wide range of perspectives:

Strategic Sustainability
Global Supply Chains and Firms in Developing Countries
Digital Business Models and Innovation
Consumer Psychology for a Better World
Corporate Tax Avoidance
Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Regional Economics
Courses can often be taken for credit towards degrees at other institutions. Successful students will receive up to 10 ECTS. All of the courses, presentations and other activities take place in English.
The engagement with regional champions through company visits, management talks and networking opportunities is unique to our Summer School.

150 EUR, Course fees There is an additional fee of 150 EUR for social activities, which all participants must pay. Among other things, the fee includes the following: organisation of and participation in social activities guided tour of Ingolstadt excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle and Wieskirche, includes tour and lunch transportation to the organised programme activities finger food during group activities, such as the manager talk and the research talk help finding affordable accommodation in the area
