About

Learn about Working With and Leading People this Summer at Prague College! This class introduces students to developing their own leadership skills as well as building on the skills and knowledge needed to manage and lead people and teams in an organization. Students will explore ways to manage teams and individuals as well as motivating staff to perform better whilst meeting the aims of the organization.

Students of any age from high school onwards, working professionals, mature students, prospective university entrants

Course aim

By the end of the class, students will be able to use recruitment, selection and retention procedures, understand the styles and impact of leadership, work effectively in a team and assess the work and development needs of individuals.
