Bauhaus Summer School

The Bauhaus Summer School is the international summer programme of Bauhaus-UniversitΓ€t Weimar, offering a diverse range of courses in art, architecture, technology, media and languages in the historic city of Weimar, Germany. Each August, 200–300 participants from over 70 countries join specialised and language courses combining creative practice and academic study.
Courses are open to prospective students, undergraduates and graduates, fostering intercultural exchange and connections within a globally minded academic community. Beyond the classroom, social and cultural activities enrich the summer experience and encourage lasting networks. The Bauhaus Summer School provides an opportunity to engage with innovative ideas, expand skills and experience Weimar’s cultural heritage in a collaborative, international setting.
