About

After completing the study unit, the student will be able to:
• map out their goals and leadership trajectory
• practice self-awareness and awareness of others
• express their vision and be an active listener
• set up an effective team and diagnose problems early on
• negotiate, coach, and mentor
• experiment with different leadership styles which are required for different situations
• analyze conflict as an opportunity for learning and change
