Selection process: Please send a 1-page CV, including a grade overview and a 1-page motivation letter until May 30th, 2026 to llz@hs-rm.de. Please state in your motivation letter, why you would like to participate in this particular Summer School and what motivates you to come to Germany. Please note: since we are interested in your personal view we expect you to write the motivation letter on your own.

The program is limited to 20 places for international students and 10 RheinMain University of Applied Sciences students.

Empower Yourself at the Summer School on Future Leaders!

Dive into the dynamics of leadership with our summer program from August 10th to 14th, 2026, at RheinMain University in Wiesbaden, Germany. Students from around the world will engage in an intensive week focused on navigating the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world of leadership in an interconnected world. This program emphasizes the importance of authentic leadership and seeks to explore how culture shapes leadership and interpersonal interaction. Thus, a focus on multi-cultural communication theories, put directly into practice, is also part of the summer school.

Learning Objectives
Participants will explore the essence of self-leadership and develop intercultural communication skills, enhancing their emotional intelligence. Hands-on workshops, interactive lectures, and an AI-challengenwill provide practical insights into effective leadership practices. Each participant will embark on a personal development journey, reflecting on their values and leadership aspirations.

Social Program
Engage with peers through an exciting city rally in Wiesbaden or Mainz, fostering intercultural connections and teamwork. Participate in evening networking events and enjoy leisure activities that celebrate the vibrant culture of Wiesbaden.
