H ands-on practice and instruction in computer - aided manufacturing (CAM), with focus on computernumerical control (CNC)metal-removal equipment (Haas CNC mills and lathes) along with programmable
inspection equipment and techniques formachined components.
Prerequisites: Computer Aided Design (CAD) Course & Basic Machining Knowledge
The course will be taught by Cal Poly faculty members Dr. Dan Waldorf and Mr. Trian Georgeou assisted by Tecnun technicians at the TECNUN Advanced Manufacturing Gene Haas Center
