Izmade Summer School is coming. Also this summer we organized a intense 9 days in the city of Turin (Italy). From 19th to 27th of July the participants will have the opportunity to design and build a tool shed.
The place of intervention is a public area intended to be used as vegetable garden, managed by Clorofilla non-profit organization and granted to citizen.

Course leader

Izmade operates in the field of self-made eco-design, specialized in interior design, custom-made furniture and education.
​Izmade does it in Turin, Italy at Izlab MakerSpace.

Target group

The course aims to attract students – both under and post graduates –, professionals and, in general, anyone who is interested in furniture design, interior design and lovers of making movement. In addition, students will have the opportunity to experience methodologies and techniques that will enable them to work creatively with waste materials and to learn co-design practices.

Course aim

The mission of Izmade Summer School is to build three microarchitectures to be donated to the local community in order to cultivate their vegetable garden.

Credits info

3 EC
Summer School students will be awarded 3 credits (ECTS) for a total of 75 hours for their educational efforts which are transferable to any other university.

Fee info

EUR 390: The tuition is fixed at 390€ per participant.
