The fourth edition of the GIS-BIM 2023 International Summer School offers quality training on two highly topical topics: the Digital Twin integrated with innovative solutions in the management of the urban design process and for recent and historic buildings.
The complexity of design and maintenance processes in the Built Environment requires an approach that codifies the interactions present at all levels, through integrated solutions that simplify the entire design workflow.
Starting from the methodological and regulatory framework, the ISS will present case studies in various international fields (Architecture, Linear Infrastructures, and Cultural Heritage) by proposing an innovative training framework.
The lessons will be held in mixed mode: in presence and online

Architects, Engineers, Technicians and Specialists who want to enrich their knowledge in the Digital Twin sector by integrating the large scale of the GIS with the particular one of Architecture.

Course aim

The ISS, starting from the methodological and regulatory framework through the presentation of case studies in various fields (Architecture, Linear Infrastructure, Cultural Heritage) in Europe, Central America and Asia, proposes an innovative training framework.
During the course will be developed the theme of Tropical Architecture in the field of Digital Twin with the presentation of case studies.
