Designing Successful Strategies for NGOs
Gain a deeper insight into strategic management within a specific not-for-profit sector (NGO). This course provides examples of good practice by combining classical lectures, seminars, field research, excursions to selected NGOs, and meetings with local and regional public administration representatives.
