Scientific sports knowledge brought to practice combined with outdoor sports activities in a Czech nature. Holistic program focused on human performance and health improvement. The field trip will let students experience active outdoor recreation typical for the Czech summer.

Anyone with sports enthusiasm. No previous knowledge or experience required.

Course aim

Hours and hours in the classroom and ending stiff as a board. Not during this summer school! Discover Czech nature while learning about human performance and health improvement. Training principles, Self Defence, Sports Nutrition Science, or Team Psychology. And after a long day, you can practice new massage techniques you will learn. So get your sandals ready and experience active recreation typical for the Czech summer!

EUR 1100: The full cost of this programme is €1100. The cost breakdowns as follows:

A €100 discount is available for students from partner universities
