This summer Course introduces students to Aviation industry, International Aviation, Entrepreneurship, Business Models in Aviation, and Safety & Security in aviation basics. During the course students will have lectures, workshops, case studies, sales projects, pitch, group works and will be measured in a specific tool for managerial competences map creation.    
During the Summer School students will have a possibility to attend airports, airlines and other avia companies in Lithuania, meet with different Specialists and Heads (HR, PR, Safety, Sales and etc.) from aviation industry.

• INTERNATIONAL AVIATION INDUSTRY: Aviation Industry Overview & Historical Development; Airport Social & Economic Impact; Recent Trends & Challenges; Future Airports and Megatrends; Digitalization in the Aviation Industry; Case Studies.   
• ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN AVIATION:  Entrepreneurship vs Intrapreneurship in Aviation Industry; Market segments; Air Transport Business Models; Strategic Product Planning; Threats to International Trade; Case Studies & Sales Project.
