Go on a transformative journey with our course. Why? Picture this. At the end of this Summer School, you will be able to explain the concept of BPA to managers, choose the most suitable methods, and apply them to discover, model, and optimize processes. Collect all the fascinating data about the processes, model and simulate with the help of SAP Signavio. Create models, analyze and optimize an existing semi-complex business process and much more.

Our course guides you through the process life-cycle, embraces your passion for learning within dynamic student groups tackling diverse tasks. You'll master the art of process modeling and simulation using BPMN notation with the cutting-edge SAP Signavio tool. Plus, you'll earn credits by presenting a real-world consultation project and proposing optimizations for a chosen Czech-based company. Get ready to transform your skillset with us!

This course is well suited for both business and applied informatics/computer science students, creating a shared skillset to communicate and understand the needs of the developers, business managers and process participants for efficient solution designs. BPA is usually one of the first steps of (not only) digital transformation projects and all the involved groups need to learn to cooperate together.
