If you ask most people about the word “design”, they will most probably think about visual aesthetic of various objects. However, one of the most progressive and modern fields is the one of “design thinking”, which doesn’t focus on the visual traits, but rather on interactions of people with systems, organizations, products or services. This approach is becoming increasingly important in marketing, business and product management, as well as other fields. Join the course of Design Thinking at European Summer School and unlock your creativity, non-conventional approach, insight, strategic thinking, and other skills needed to become a true design thinker.
Design is not what we see around us every day. Amazing smartphones, shoes or furniture are results of a process which represents the real nature of design. Design Thinking is one of them and represents a mindset, set of methodologies or framework to tackle complex problems. The Design Thinking Bootcamp will help you to understand context, get valuable insights, come with innovative ideas, experience the power of quick iterations and handle the struggles of launching a product or service.
You will become researcher, strategist, storyteller, designer, developer and entrepreneur during two weeks. This course is going to be focused rather on practice than theory and reflects all elements of a Learning by doing methodology. All work is going to happen in teams through discussion and mentoring in a casual style of teaching.
Petr Kozlik is a multidisciplinary designer with experiences from US and Europe. He experienced fields as fin-tech, e-retail, digital marketing, education together with several startups and agencies.

EUR 650: All courses take place in a new building of French Institute right in the center of Prague.
EUR 208: Accommodation fee for a 13-night stay at Botic Student House starts at 16 EUR/night.
