Adapted physical activity - introduction (theory), Wheelchair mobility, Wheelchair sports, Adapted equipment, Adaptation strategies, Inclusive Education, Psychomotor activities
Yoga therapy - introduction (theory), yoga practice 1 hr day, yoga asanas (positions), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation techniques
SM system (psychomotor intervention for activating posture). SM introduction: The spiral stabilization technique focuses on activating the deep muscles of the spine. Controlled rotational movements that engage the deep spinal muscles aiming to restore proper spinal alignment, increase core strength, and enhance overall body stability. The benefits of spiral stabilization include improved posture, reduced back pain, increased flexibility, and enhanced athletic performance.
Theory – anatomical structures and muscle chains in basic locomotor and movement patterns. Examination of posture, body alignment, weakened and overloaded muscle structures.

Practical exercises – based on theoretical foundations, exercises according to the concept of Dr. Richard Smíšek and his exercises on spiral stabilization of the spine.

Healthy walking with activation of correct dynamic stereotypes using theoretical knowledge of muscle chains.
