This course challenges participants to rethink giftedness and talent development through critical exploration of theories, practical strategies, and interventions. Participants will investigate talent-related dilemmas, develop personalized plans or products, and exchange ideas with international peers and experts.

Admission requirements
BA (or nearly finished BA), experience with or a strong interest in supporting gifted people in learning and living.
Learning objectives
1. Critically evaluate information on giftedness and talent: Develop the ability to assess theories and data on giftedness and talent development with a critical perspective.
2. Apply scientifically grounded methods and knowledge: Translate expertise in identifying, educating, and supporting gifted and talented individuals into evidence-based practices.
3. Address psychosocial and biological factors: Recognize and respond effectively to the influences of psychosocial and biological factors on the education of gifted and talented learners.
4. Empower colleagues in gifted education: Facilitate the development of expertise among peers in the field of gifted education and talent support.
