About

Go on a transformative journey with our Business Process Analysis course, delivered in collaboration with SAP Signavio, one of the biggest suppliers of enterprise software solutions with over 400,000 clients globally. This course will enhance your process-thinking skills, equipping you with the ability to perform in-depth business process analysis within international environments.

Throughout the course, you'll gain the skills needed to identify process issues, define business needs, and compile these into coherent reports usable by system engineers to implement process improvements. With the SAP Signavio tool, you'll dive into process modeling and simulation using BPMN notation, enabling you to analyze, optimize, and simulate real-world business processes.

The program includes hands-on learning in a flipped classroom setting, utilizing case studies, role-play, and active assignments. At the course’s conclusion, you’ll collaborate on a team project for a Czech-based company, producing a report with analysis and recommendations for process optimization.

You'll also master the art of presenting your findings to managers and stakeholders, making this course ideal for both business and applied informatics/computer science students. This interdisciplinary approach prepares you to bridge the gap between developers, managers, and process participants in digital transformation projects.

Set in Brno, the "Czech Silicon Valley," this course offers a unique fusion of business and IT, with ample opportunities to build connections in a city renowned for its innovation.

This programme is designed as a part of our Intensive 2 Week Summer School, where multiple courses from a wide variety of Masaryk University study programmes and departments will be offered. These courses will be arranged in an intensive and dynamic form, each working day there will be an academic session. In the afternoon and evenings students come together from across disciplines to enjoy everything Brno has to offer!
