THE COURSE IS A COMBINATION OF
• developing students English skills. The course aims at increasing their confidence and skills when communicating in English to help them use English more accurately, effectively and fluently. During the course, both written and spoken English skills required in interaction and communication related to studies and work are practiced.
• learning about the Finnish culture and studying in Finland. Our Finnish teachers teach about Finnish culture (and the basics of Finnish language, too!) using cultural activity-based learning methods.

Course leader

The aim of this two-week intensive course is to improve students’ English skills and confidence when communicating in English and at the same time discovering Finnish culture.

Target group

Are you planning to study in a degree programme in SAMK, Finland? Attending one of our summer schools is an excellent possibility for you to get to know SAMK, teachers, campus and the city.
International Intensive Interprofessional Simulation is targeted to Bachelor and Master level students in health care.

Course aim

SAMK Summer School offers a sneak peek of multidisciplinary education in Finland and at SAMK. Students will also have a perfect chance to experience the beautiful Finnish summer.
