About

 Understand how companies devise strategies to expand and operate globally and how environmental factors influence them in a global economy
 Make informed decisions on internationalization’s strategies
 Understand the challenges associated with working and communicating in a cross-cultural context
By the end of this course, participants are able to:
- analyze and develop strategic plans for companies entering and competing in international markets, with particular attention to European and French contexts.
- integrate sustainability and digital globalization into business strategies, recognizing their impact on global operations and market dynamics.
- to navigate and negotiate effectively across cultures, applying tools to manage cross-border interactions and resolve international business conflicts.

Target group

Basics of economics & basics of corporate strategy
For non-native speakers of English, B2 (CEFR) or equivalent (TOEFL IBT 72, IELTS 5, TOEIC 750) is highly recommended

 Analyze global business environments and strategies
 Integrate sustainability and digital innovation into strategies
 Manage cross-cultural teams and negotiate internationally

By the end of this course, participants are able to:

- integrate sustainability practices and digital innovations into global business strategies to address current market dynamics and operational challenges.
- manage cross-cultural teams effectively and negotiate successfully in international business settings, applying tools to resolve conflicts and enhance collaboration.
