Global English - for 13 - 17 years old
Minimum English level A2 - Lower intermediate
Dates: any weeks between 30/06/19 and 17/08/19
22 hours of classes per week
Earlscliffe’s Global English course is designed to maximize student’s language development through UNESCO’s four pillars of learning: learning to do, learning to know, learning to be and learning to live together.
Each week there are different global themes through which students develop the four language skills as well as critical thinking and independent and collaborative learning. Classes are given through debates, projects, workshops and presentations.
The global themes are modern, relevant, interesting and current, for example: modern art, the economy, the environment, fashion, blogging, human rights, well-being and much more.
Students have contact with various teachers throughout their stay at Earlscliffe which enriches their experience and gives them a wider scope of content and learning.
