Looking to prepare for the IELTS exam or another English exam?
You can choose to combine our General English classes (15 hours per week) with IELTS Preparation classes (5 hours per week) to help you to prepare for the exam or improve your academic English.
This course is open to students from Intermediate to Advanced level.
IELTS exams must be booked separately at a local exam centre (estimated cost between £160 and £200.
Target group
This course is open to people aged 16+ from Intermediate to Advanced levels of English.
Course aim
This is the ideal course if you are interested in taking the IELTS English language exam. You will learn about the structure of the exam, techniques to improve your score and tips on what the examiners are looking for. Your teacher will be experienced in IELTS and will give you advice on your weaknesses and how you can improve.

610 GBP, You can choose to study for two to six weeks. Tuition fees vary depending on how long you would like to study. Fees include General English tuition and IELTS Preparation tuition. 2 weeks: £610 3 weeks: £900 4 weeks: £1,200 5 weeks: £1,480 6 weeks: £1,770 Early Bird Discount: Edinburgh College offers a 5% discount on tuition fees for courses booked on or before 1st May 2020.
