Management of Organizations

About

This course will familiarise students with how organizations functionregardless of whether they are global corporations, family businesses orstart-ups. Students will learn the 7S Model that captures how theorganizations operate: the strategies, structures, systems skills ofmanagement, staff, and shared values. They will apply the model inpractical exercises, working out the plan of introducing an innovationinto the organization.
