This course blends interactive exploration of pedagogical, didactic, and psychological theories with hands-on practice. Participants will reflect on their own teaching, experiment with new methods, and set personalized pedagogical goals, while exchanging best practices and building collaborations across disciplines.

Key topics include lesson preparation with clear learning objectives, dialogic communication with students, formative assessment, and reflective teaching. By the end of the course, participants will gain both theoretical insights and practical tools to enhance the quality and impact of their university teaching.

Designed for students preparing to enter university teaching, this program welcomes participants from any discipline and level of experience, as long as they are already teaching or plan to begin shortly after completing the course. Individual exceptions may be considered

Target group

This course is targeted for bachelor, master and PhD students. Basic knowledge of management and marketing functions is desired as it would help to understand the digital marketing tactics better

Fee info

The cost of this program is €1350. The cost breakdowns as follows: Tuition fees; Accommodation in Brno (12-25 July); Orientation; Daily cultural and social activities including welcome and farewell receptions; Saturday trip to one of the local Czech UNESCO sites; 24/7 support. Students should budget an additional €200-500 depending on their spending habits for food (lunch, dinner) and other expenses. Public transport ticket is in additional costs.
