Gender Equality and Diversity in Academia

Led by a consortium of European universities, the Redesigning Equality and Scientific Excellence Together (RESET) project aims to place gender equality and diversity at the heart of scientific and academic policy-making. The project's ambition is to remove the barriers affecting women's careers in research and academia, from doctoral enrolment to promotion to a permanent position. It also aims to ensure greater participation of women and minorities at all levels of scientific, strategic and management positions, and to support gender and diversity mainstreaming in research and innovation activities.

Within this framework, this online summer school is open to first and second year Master students, doctoral students, post-doctoral fellows and researchers concerned to enrich their research with gender integration.

The programme is organised in partnership with the universities of Porto (Portugal), Lodz (Poland), Oulu (Finland), Ruhr-Bochum (Germany), the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) and Sciences Po Paris (France).
